If products arrive damaged:

Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days from the delivery date at Sandy@DecalBarn.com with pictures of the damaged item.​

Shipping

We ship orders via USPS within 7 business days from Utah. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Orders under 5oz and shipping First Class will not have a tracking number. We are not responsible for addresses incorrectly entered. Please double-check your address before submitting an order, making sure to include apartment numbers if applicable. Once an order is shipped, we do not have any control over delivery speed/issues. Please reach out to USPS if you have questions regarding shipping delays.
